- Suggestions Report: Grammar, style, and clarity recommendations
- Auto-Fixed DOCX: Documents with suggested corrections applied
- Tracked-Changes DOCX: Documents showing edits in track-changes format
- Style guide enforcement: APA, MLA, Chicago, and custom style compliance
- Add-on services: Specialized analysis tools and bundles
User Responsibilities

- Attempt to reverse-engineer or hack our AI systems

Intellectual Property

Payments & Subscriptions
Billing
- Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
- Word credit purchases are one-time charges with 60-day expiration
- Lifetime subscriptions are one-time payments with no expiration
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
Refunds & Cancellation
- Subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refunds for partial months
- Word credits: Refundable within 7 days if unused
- Lifetime plans: 30-day money-back guarantee
- Add-ons: Refundable if processing fails due to our error
